Typographical Errors
In the event that a Cottage Simple, LLC. product is mistakenly
listed at an incorrect price, Cottage Simple, LLC. reserves

listed at the incorrect price. Cottage Simple, LLC. reserves
the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether
or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card
charged. If your credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Cottage
Simple, LLC. shall issue a credit to your credit card
account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon
your accessing the site and/or completing the registration
or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any
part of them, may be terminated by Cottage Simple, LLC.

Cottage Simple Return Policy
At Cottage Simple we want you to be 100% satisfied with
your purchase. We will gladly take back or exchange any
merchandise within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please
return items as received with their original packaging.
If you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer
Service department toll free Monday - Friday (9AM to 5PM
EST) by calling 1-800-550-4951, or send an email to orders@cottagesimple.com.
Please note that Cottage Simple is not responsible for return
shipping costs.
Return Procedures
We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft
by insuring your return shipment. Remember to save your
receipt until you receive a refund or exchange from us.
Please note that Cottage Simple is unable to issue a credit
or refund for any items damaged or lost on their way back
to us, so take special care in packing your item.
To return an item, please follow this procedure:
1. Re-pack the item in the original manufacture’s packaging
and place it in the shipment box. Please be sure to include
all items, pieces, and parts.
2. Fill out the Return Form that was included in your
package with all of your return information provided and
enclose it with the item so we can expedite the reimbursement
to your original payment method.
3. Send it back to Cottage Simple via your preferred
carrier. Please note you are responsible for the return

Cancellation Policy
Before you finalize your order, carefully review the contents,
quantities, and the total amount in your shopping cart.
Once your order has been submitted, it will begin processing
almost immediately. The only time that you can cancel
or modify your order is before you hit the submit button.
Once you hit submit, your order cannot be changed online.
If you need to make a revision after you submit an order,
you can send an e-mail to orders@cottagesimple.com
or call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-550-4951.
If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to make
the necessary changes.
If it is too late to revise your order, and your order
is in the shipping process you may refuse the delivery
when your package arrives. Refused packages are sent directly
back to Cottage Simple.

Cottage Simple Privacy Policy
What information do we collect and how do we use
it?
We collect information from you when you register on the
site or place an order. When ordering or registering,
we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing
address, phone number, credit card information or other
information. You may, however, visit our site as a guest
without registering.
If you have opted-in to receive our e-mail newsletter,
we may send you periodic e-mails. If you would no longer
like to receive promotional e-mail from us, please modifying
your preferences in the "My Account" section.
Please note that due to email production schedules you
may receive any emails already in process.
To delete all of your online account information from
our database, sign into the "My Account" section
of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing
addresses & payment information. Please note that
we may maintain information about an individual sales
transaction in order to service that transaction and for

Cottage Simple Shipping Policy
Fulfillment
Our packages are sent Monday - Friday via the
U.S. Postal Service, UPS or through freight carriers for
oversized items such as furniture. Orders typically ship
within one to two business days if all of the items are
in stock. If you place your order on the weekend, your
order will ship the next business day. Standard delivery
normally takes 7-10 business days.

Shipping and handling charges include order processing,
packaging, handling and shipping. We do our best to use
the most cost effective shipping methods available.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping for the majority of our products is
not economical due to their size and or weight. For that
reason we do not offer expedited shipping as a standard
offering. If you have a need to receive your products
in an expedited manner, please call us at 800-550-4951
and we would be happy to provide you with a shipping quote
and arrange to get your products to you, using the method
that makes the most sense.
Multiple Shipping Locations / Multiple Packages
At Cottage Simple we strive to bring you the most innovative
and useful product we can find. We source our products
from all over the United States and abroad. Many of our
products ship directly from our manufacturers. This approach
means products spend less time travelling from warehouse
to warehouse, which reduces transportation costs and has
less of an impact on the environment. We think this makes
more sense.
You may receive your order in multiple packages and at
different times. We hope you can appreciate the positive
impact that you are having by being more resource efficient
and that this benefit out weighs any inconvenience. Feel
free to contact us if you have any questions about our
shipping policy.
Furniture and Large Item Orders
Due to the large size and weight of furniture
shipments, most pieces are shipped by a freight company.
You will be notified in advance of the delivery date,
and the carrier will contact you by phone to set up an
appointment Monday through Friday.
Because home furnishings, rugs, lamps and other large
items are heavier and bulkier than most, shipping costs
are higher. A delivery surcharge has been added to certain
items for this reason; this charge is listed on the product
page. All shipping rates apply to deliveries in the contiguous
48 states. Certain areas may require an additional charge.
We also require a physical address for delivery. Please
call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-550-4951 for
shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii.
International Orders
We currently ship only within North America.
Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes,
and refused shipping charges. Please allow for extra shipping
time for items going to Canada.
